David Manuel is a highly esteemed figure in Atlanta, known for his exceptional talent, network, and expertise. With a BFA in Advertising and Graphic Design, he has bridged cultures through art, making him a champion of the arts and a compassionate community activist. As the Executive Director for the Porter Sanford Performing Arts Center and Interim Deputy Director of Recreation, Parks & Cultural Affairs of DeKalb County, David brings cutting-edge programming, beautiful parks, and family-friendly activities to the region. He has partnered with renowned companies like Turner Broadcasting and HBO, and his I Am a Father Initiative celebrates African-American fathers, dispelling myths and strengthening families through events like the I Am a Father 5K Run/Walk.

David Manuel's remarkable contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including being named Non-Profit Executive of the Year by Regions Financial Corporation and receiving the Community Service Award from LUMM (Let Us Make Man). He is a certified mentor for the Georgia Transplant Foundation and advocates for organ donation as a liver transplant recipient himself.
